    In the years I was coached by Steph I found my love for the gym again. My focus slowly shifted away from feeling the need to be as small as possible to wanting to be as strong as possible. I made so many improvements to my physique thanks to Steph (she gave me hamstrings and shoulders) and got so much stronger in many ways over the years. When I first started working with Steph, my relationship with food was not the greatest. I used to over report what I had been eating to avoid actually getting any larger and I was insanely insecure in my own body. I was stuck in a binge/restrict cycle that honestly made me feel like shit constantly. Fast forward 3 years and I was eating the most I had ever eaten and feeling good in my own skin. So happy to have signed up to coaching with her those years ago.
